This is what you MUST know about the human body

In 2001, Dr. Rongxiang Xu, the founder of “human body regenerative restoration science” a renowned life scientist and medical scientist and chairman of the board of MEBO International announced he has been granted a new patent (Priority: US10/004,103, Oct 30, 2001; Patent Number: ZL200610153824.8) by the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.China (SIPO) for his invention called “Potential Regenerative Cell” (PRC), which means the affirmation of the existence and function of PRC in the human body and further verification of the innate human regenerative potential and its origin.

He was also granted multiple patents (including US6991813) in the United States since 2004 for his scientific route and platform patent application of “culturing PRCs into pluripotent stem cells and regenerate damaged organs,” whereby the route of “damaged organ regeneration” was noted as a priority of life science development in Obama’s 2013 Presidential State of the Union address. This is as reported by online media prnewswire.

Dr. Rongxiang Xu, the founder of “Human Body Regenerative Restoration Science,” a renowned life and medical scientist and the inventor and U.S. patentee of “A Somatic Cell Regenerating an Organ.”

PRCs in the human body are adult tissue cells which can convert to the functional state of pluripotent stem cells; PRCs can convert into pluripotent stem cells under in vitro or in vivo cultivation; PRCs can be awakened, in situ or in vitro, to present the function of pluripotent stem cells and regenerate functional tissue-organs.  “Potential Regenerative Cell” is a revolutionary invention in human life science development.

What is the point?

Potentially Regenerative Cells (PRCs) are in every tissue and organ of the body.

To regenerate the lost tissue or organ, multiple cell types must be produced to form the new tissue.  Where do these cells come from?

In a fully developed adult human body adult stem cells constantly participate in normal homeostatic production of functional mature cells to maintain the structural and functional integrity.  Some in the field of stem cell research believe that adult stem cells reside in specific niches, such as epidermal stem cells in the bulge of a hair follicle, intestinal epithelial stem cells in the crypt at the base of the villus. (Moore & Lemischka (2006) “Stem cells and their niches” Science 311:1880-1885.)  These stem cells, once destroyed, cannot be renewed.

Through two decades of clinical and basic research, Dr. Xu and the team of scientists and clinicians have found that in response to the injury and under certain conditions ordinary somatic cells residing at the site of the wound can be induced or activated to behave like stem cells—proliferate and differentiate orderly to provide multiple cell types to form new tissue with physiologically correct structure and function.

For example, in a full-thickness burn wound the so-called “epidermal stem cell niches” in the bulge of hair follicle have been destroyed.  However, under the condition provided by Dr.Xu formula, viable cells at the wound site are converted into epidermal stem cells so as to provide multiple cell types to form new dermis and epidermis with the correct architecture, as well as appendages, nervous and vascular networks of the skin with normal physiological function.  In addition, cultured under the condition provided by Dr.Xu formula, bone marrow cells from holes drilled on the bone at the wound site can be induced to differentiate orderly to produce multiple cell types that form new muscle, soft tissue and skin after burn injury that reaches the bone.

These results demonstrate that normal somatic cells in an adult body can be induced under specific conditions to behave like stem cells(pluripotent stem cells) that proliferate and differentiate to produce various types of cells necessary to regenerate lost or damaged tissue.

So “PRC” is the latent regenerative life entity in the human body. By awakening and nourishing its function, each human organ can generate its own regenerative life, using its own regenerative capacity to protect, save, restore and rejuvenate itself, a process that until Dr. Xu’s invention, was not deemed possible.

It is a long-held belief that the body has a full capacity to regenerate at the early gestation stage of the fetus, much less so during late gestation stages and early childhood; and an adult human body substantially loses its ability to regenerate.  Instead, it goes down the default pathway of fibrotic repair which results in scarring and loss of physiological structure and function.  (Gurtner et al. (2008) “Wound repair and regeneration” Nature 453:314-321. Gurtner et al. (2007) “Progress and potential for regenerative medicine” Annu. Rev. Med. 58:299-312.)

Take the body’s response to wound injury for example.  According this prevalent belief in the field during the first two trimesters, the human fetus responds to injury by complete regeneration of the skin without scar formation.  However, as intrauterine development progresses, this ability is lost.  As shown in Figure below early fetal healing is characterized by complete regeneration of all cell types and correct architecture, whereas, with age, this regenerative capacity is lost and adult skin heals through scar formation.

                                                              mebo regeneration

As demonstrated in the clinical practice in the treatment of millions of wound patients, by applying Dr. Xu’s formula based on the knowledge of PRCs, the injured skin and underlying tissue of adult humans can be regenerated with minimum scar formation and substantial restoration of physiological structure and function of the organ, including replaced skin appendages, orderly collagen fiber configuration, physiological networks of vascular and nerve.  Lost fingers/toes of adult patients can be regenerated with near complete restoration of structure and function, including bones, muscles, nerves, blood vessels, connective tissues, fingernails and skin. Preclinical and clinical data obtained by MEBO shows that internal organs of higher mammals and adult humans can be regenerated by  Dr. Xu’s formula based on the knowledge of PRCs.

These results indicate that brought out by using the innovative technology and products provided by Dr. Xu, the hidden regenerative potential of the body is much stronger than previously expected and it can be harnessed to repair and restore lost or compromised function of tissue and organ to the body.

Therefore, applying Dr. Xu’s cultivated process humankind can directly awaken the PRCs to exert pluripotent stem cells function to restore an organ(e.g the kidney, skin, liver, sexual organs etc) whenever it is damaged or diseased which would confer the utmost benefit to humanity.

Watch in the video below as Dr Xu explains the insitu regenerative, restoration and rejuvenation science of the human body.

In order to comprehend the scientific contribution of the benefits of PRCs, Dr. Xu provided further explanation to the following questions: Interview by an online media prnewswire.

Question: What is the difference between “PRC” and the concept of human stem cell?

Answer: As depicted in the stem cell primer (NIH, May 2000), stem cells are those cells which can always maintain the function of proliferation and differentiation during embryonic development and after birth of the human body. Those able to develop into the whole human body are totipotent stem cells; those only able to develop into physiological tissues and organs are pluripotent stem cells; and those continuing to present the function of proliferation and differentiation after birth are adult stem cells.

In contrast, “PRC” is a somatic cell existing in the tissues of adult human organs. As an ordinary tissue cell, “PRC” usually does not present the function of proliferation and differentiation, however, once an organ or tissue is damaged (state of losing function), “PRC” directly converts in situ into pluripotent stem cell and regenerate required physiological cells, tissues, and organs in situ, after which “PRC” turn back to the state of somatic cell and is latent in the tissues and organs. “PRC” is an independent entity congenital in the human body, and is the “mother” of human regenerative stem cell, as well as the standby regenerative cell for organ and tissue regeneration left by the nature when she creates the human.

Question: What is the relationship between “PRC” and the “scientific route of damaged organ regeneration”?

Answer: The patented “scientific route of damaged organ regeneration” is: tissue cells in human organs convert in situ into pluripotent stem cells and then regenerate new cells, tissues and tissue-organs to restore the damaged organ and function thereof.  “PRC” is the original source of the regeneration, and cornerstone of this scientific route. No “PRC”, no scientific route of “damaged organ regeneration”.

Question:  What is the difference between “PRC” and the research of embryonic stem cell line?

Answer: A cell line is a permanently established cell culture that will proliferate indefinitely given appropriate fresh medium and space. Many cell biologists would consider that a cell line is by definition already abnormal and that it is on the way towards becoming the culture equivalent of a neoplastic cell. The research of embryonic stem cell line is to take out the embryonic stem cell during embryonic development to establish cell line in vitro for research. As indicated in cell biology common sense, once a cell becomes a cell line, it loses its original property.  In the other way, “PRC” is the study of in situ function of its own cell in the human body, belonging to the study of its own physiological regenerative function in the body. The nature of these two kinds of research is different: embryonic stem cell line is the research on experimental cell model; “PRC” is applied study on the in situ regeneration of human physiological tissues and organs by in situ somatic cells.

Wow! you say.
